Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the date specified in the respective items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions in Article 1 adding one paragraph to Article 4 of the Act on Comprehensively Advancing Labor Measures, and Stabilizing the Employment of Workers, and Enriching Workers' Vocational Lives and the provisions amending Article 38, paragraph (1) of that Act (limited to the part replacing "and paragraph (2)" with ", paragraph (2), and paragraph (4)"), the provisions in Article 3 amending paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment (including its heading) (limited to the part replacing "March 31, 2026" with "March 31, 2036"), and the provisions in Article 4 amending Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, the provisions amending Article 5, paragraph (2), item (iii) of that Act, and the provisions amending Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the provisions of the following Article and Articles 3, 7, 8-2 and 16 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation
第一条中労働施策の総合的な推進並びに労働者の雇用の安定及び職業生活の充実等に関する法律第四条に一項を加える改正規定及び同法第三十八条第一項の改正規定（「及び第二項」を「、第二項及び第四項」に改める部分に限る。）、第三条中雇用の分野における男女の均等な機会及び待遇の確保等に関する法律附則第二項（見出しを含む。）の改正規定（「令和八年三月三十一日」を「令和十八年三月三十一日」に改める部分に限る。）並びに第四条中女性の職業生活における活躍の推進に関する法律第二条第一項の改正規定、同法第五条第二項第三号の改正規定及び同法附則第二条第一項の改正規定並びに次条並びに附則第三条、第七条、第八条の二及び第十六条の規定 公布の日
the provisions of Article 1 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the preceding item) and the provisions of Article 4 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in that item and the provisions amending Article 12 of the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace), and the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions and the provisions in Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 47-4 of the Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers (Act No. 88 of 1985) (limited to the part adding "Article 27-3, paragraph (1)," after "Act No. 132 of 1966)"): April 1, 2026
