Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2017; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、平成二十九年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Articles 1, 3, 7, 10 and 15, and the provisions of the following Article, Article 4, paragraphs (1) and (2), Articles 6 through 10, Article 42 (limited to the provisions amending Article 48, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Act on Special Zones for Reconstruction in Response to the Great East Japan Earthquake (Act No. 122 of 2011)), Article 44 and Article 46 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
第一条、第三条、第七条、第十条及び第十五条の規定並びに次条並びに附則第四条第一項及び第二項、第六条から第十条まで、第四十二条（東日本大震災復興特別区域法（平成二十三年法律第百二十二号）第四十八条第二項及び第三項の改正規定に限る。）、第四十四条並びに第四十六条の規定 公布の日
the provisions of Articles 6, 8 and 14, and the provisions of Article 3, Article 13, Articles 24 through 26, Articles 29 through 31, Article 33, Article 35 and Article 48 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which three months have elapsed from the date of promulgation.
