第八条（検討）
When five years have elapsed after this Act comes into effect, the government is to review the provisions of the Employment Measures Act and the Act on the Promotion of Regional Employment Development as amended by this Act, while taking into consideration the status of their enforcement, and is to take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を経過した場合において、この法律による改正後の雇用対策法及び地域雇用開発促進法の規定について、その施行の状況を勘案しつつ検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
