Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 3 months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions in Article 1 deleting Article 12 of the Employment Measures Act, renumbering Article 11 as Article 12 and renumbering Article 10 as Article 11, the provision amending Article 7 of that Act, the provision in Chapter I of that Act renumbering that Article as Article 10 and adding three Articles after Article 6, the provision amending the title of Chapter VI of that Act, the provision amending Article 24, paragraph (5) of that Act, the provision amending Article 31, paragraph (1) of that Act (excluding the part replacing "Article 29" with "Article 35" in item (ii) of that paragraph), the provision amending Article 30, paragraph (2) of that Act, the provision deleting Article 28 of that Act and renumbering Article 27 as Article 31, the provision adding three Articles after that Article (excluding the part pertaining to Article 32), the provision in Chapter VI of that Act adding one Article after Article 26, and the provision renumbering Chapter VI of that Act as Chapter V and adding one Chapter after that Chapter, and the provisions of the following Article and Articles 6 and 9 of the Supplementary Provisions: October 1, 2007.
第一条中雇用対策法第十二条を削り、第十一条を第十二条とし、第十条を第十一条とする改正規定、同法第七条の改正規定、同法第一章中同条を第十条とし、第六条の次に三条を加える改正規定、同法第六章の章名の改正規定、同法第二十四条第五項の改正規定、同法第三十一条第一項の改正規定（同項第二号中「第二十九条」を「第三十五条」に改める部分を除く。）、同法第三十条第二項の改正規定、同法第二十八条を削り、第二十七条を第三十一条とする改正規定、同条の次に三条を加える改正規定（第三十二条に係る部分を除く。）、同法第六章中第二十六条の次に一条を加える改正規定及び同法第六章を第五章とし、同章の次に一章を加える改正規定並びに次条、附則第六条及び第九条の規定 平成十九年十月一日
