Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures concerning Employment Insurance Rate
第十条（雇用保険率に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 12, paragraph (4) of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as amended by the provisions of Article 3 apply to labor insurance premiums (meaning the labor insurance premiums prescribed in Article 10, paragraph (2) of that Act; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) for periods on or after April 1, 2016, and the provisions then in force continue to govern labor insurance premiums for periods before that day.
第三条の規定による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律第十二条第四項の規定は、平成二十八年四月一日以後の期間に係る労働保険料（同法第十条第二項に規定する労働保険料をいう。以下この条において同じ。）について適用し、同日前の期間に係る労働保険料については、なお従前の例による。
