Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures upon Partial Amendment of the Act on Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance
第五条（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The proviso to paragraph (4) and the provisions of paragraph (5) of Article 12 of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance as revised by the provisions of the preceding Article apply to labor insurance premiums pertaining to the period on and after the date prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions and, with regard to the labor insurance premiums pertaining to the period prior to the same date, the provisions then in force remain applicable.
前条の規定による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律第十二条第四項ただし書及び第五項の規定は、附則第一条ただし書に規定する日以後の期間に係る労働保険料について適用し、同日前の期間に係る労働保険料については、なお従前の例による。
Beyond what is set forth in the preceding paragraph, any transitional measures necessary following the amendment of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance by the provisions of the preceding Article are specified by Cabinet Order.
前項に規定するもののほか、前条の規定による労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律の改正に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
