第十二条
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 14-2, paragraph (1) of the Collection Act as revised by the provisions of Article 3, the phrase "the injury rate pertaining to industrial injury and commuting injury" in the same paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "the injury rate pertaining to industrial injury" on or before the day specified by Cabinet Order under Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions.
第三条の規定による改正後の徴収法第十四条の二第一項の規定の適用については、附則第六条の政令で定める日までの間は、同項中「業務災害及び通勤災害に係る災害率」とあるのは、「業務災害に係る災害率」とする。
