第六条
The paper forms in accordance with the Forms prescribed in the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Asbestos Health Damage Relief in relation to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare prior to the amendment by Article 1 and in the former Labor Insurance Premium Collection Ordinance that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being after making the necessary revisions.
この省令の施行の際現に存する第一条の規定による改正前の厚生労働省関係石綿による健康被害の救済に関する法律施行規則及び旧徴収則に定める様式による用紙は、当分の間、必要な改定をした上、これを使用することができる。
