第六条（概算保険料の追加徴収に関する特例）
With regard to the application of Article 26 to the additional collection of the labor insurance premiums prescribed in Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Act pertaining to the raising of the general insurance premium rate carried out in fiscal year 2002, the phrase "the day on which 30 days have elapsed" in Article 26 is deemed to be replaced with "the day on which 50 days have elapsed (for an employer that has entrusted the handling of labor insurance administrative affairs to a labor insurance administrative affairs association, May 20, 2003)".
