Supplementary Provisions, Article 1-2Temporary Measures concerning Payments Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 12, Paragraph (3) of the Act

With regard to the application of Article 18-2 where a special disability pension difference lump-sum payment has been paid pursuant to the provisions of the Special Payment Rules, for the time being, the phrase "special lump-sum payments for surviving family paid to a person with the right to receive lump-sum compensation payments for surviving family paid in the case under Article 16-6, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act" is deemed to be replaced with "special lump-sum payments for surviving family paid to a person with the right to receive lump-sum compensation payments for surviving family paid in the case under Article 16-6, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act, special disability pension difference lump-sum payments paid to a person with the right to receive a disability compensation pension difference lump-sum payment under the provisions of Article 58 of the Industrial Accident Insurance Act".
