Supplementary Provisions, Article 98Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance
第九十八条（社会保険労務士法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to an officer or staff member of the former Corporation who has received the disposition prescribed in Article 5, item (viii) of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 81, the provisions of that item remain in force.
第八十一条の規定による改正前の社会保険労務士法第五条第八号に規定する処分を受けた旧公社の役員又は職員については、同号の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 8 of the Act on Public Consultants on Social and Labour Insurance as amended by the provisions of Article 81, the period of engagement in affairs equivalent to the administrative affairs prescribed in item (v) of that Article is to include the period of engagement in affairs equivalent to administrative affairs as an officer or staff member of the former Corporation.
第八十一条の規定による改正後の社会保険労務士法第八条の規定の適用については、同条第五号に規定する行政事務に相当する事務に従事した期間には、旧公社の役員又は職員として行政事務に相当する事務に従事した期間を含むものとする。
