第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2003; provided, however, that the amending provisions deleting Article 25-7, paragraph (1), item (v)-3, the amending provisions of Article 25-15, item (i) (limited to the part replacing "through item (v)-2, item (vi) and item (vii)" with ", item (iv) and items (v) through (vii)"), the amending provisions deleting item (iv) of that Article, the amending provisions making item (v) of that Article item (iv) of that Article, and the amending provisions making item (vi) of that Article item (v) of that Article come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成十五年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第二十五条の七第一項第五号の三を削る改正規定、第二十五条の十五第一号の改正規定（「から第五号の二まで、第六号及び第七号」を「、第四号及び第五号から第七号まで」に改める部分に限る。）、同条第四号を削る改正規定、同条第五号を同条第四号とする改正規定及び同条第六号を同条第五号とする改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
