Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Concerning Referral by a Judicial Police Officer
第三条（司法警察員の送致に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 67, paragraph (1) of the New Juveniles Act (limited to the portion relating to Article 41 of the Juveniles Act) apply to the referral by a judicial police officer to a family court of a case relating to an act committed after this Act comes into effect.
新少年法第六十七条第一項（少年法第四十一条に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、この法律の施行後にした行為に係る事件の司法警察員から家庭裁判所への送致について適用する。
