The family court may issue a summons to a juvenile or parent or guardian and summon them when it is found necessary for the investigation or trial and decision of the case.
The family court may issue an escort warrant for a juvenile or a parent or guardian and escort them if they fail to comply with, or are likely to fail to comply with, the summons provided in the preceding paragraph without reasonable grounds.
