Supplementary Provisions, Article 80Transitional Measures Concerning Reports on the Exercise of Share Options
第八十条（新株予約権の行使に関する調書に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 97-2, paragraph (1) of the New Regulation (Report on the Exercise of Share Options) apply to the exercise of share options prescribed in that paragraph on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the exercise of share options prescribed in Article 97-2, paragraph (1) of the Former Regulation (Report on the Exercise of Share Options) before the Effective Date.
新規則第九十七条の二第一項（新株予約権の行使に関する調書）の規定は、施行日以後の同項に規定する新株予約権の行使について適用し、施行日前の旧規則第九十七条の二第一項（新株予約権の行使に関する調書）に規定する新株予約権の行使については、なお従前の例による。
