第四十二条（退職所得の受給に関する申告書の記載事項等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 77, paragraphs (1) and (4) of the New Regulation (Matters to Be Stated in a Return for Receipt of Retirement Income, etc.) apply to a return for receipt of retirement income prescribed in Article 203, paragraph (8) of the New Act (Return for Receipt of Retirement Income) that is submitted on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a return for receipt of retirement income prescribed in Article 203, paragraph (8) of the Former Act (Return for Receipt of Retirement Income) that was submitted before the Effective Date.
新規則第七十七条第一項及び第四項（退職所得の受給に関する申告書の記載事項等）の規定は、施行日以後に提出する新法第二百三条第八項（退職所得の受給に関する申告書）に規定する退職所得の受給に関する申告書について適用し、施行日前に提出した旧法第二百三条第八項（退職所得の受給に関する申告書）に規定する退職所得の受給に関する申告書については、なお従前の例による。
