第二十五条（社会保険料控除の対象となる互助会の範囲に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 40-4 of the New Regulation (Scope of Mutual Aid Associations Eligible for the Social Insurance Premium Deduction) apply to a written application submitted on or after the Effective Date under that Article, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a written application submitted before the Effective Date under Article 40-4 of the Former Regulation (Scope of Mutual Aid Associations Eligible for the Social Insurance Premium Deduction).
