Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2004; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この省令は、平成十六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending the table of contents, the provisions inserting a section title before Article 72 in Part III, Chapter II, the provisions adding a section title and two Articles following Article 72-4 in Part III, Chapter II (limited to the parts pertaining to the section title of Part III, Chapter II, Section 2 and Article 72-5), the provisions in Part IV that change Chapter V to Chapter VI and Chapter IV to Chapter V and add one Chapter following Chapter III, and the provisions amending Appended Table IV (4) and Appended Table V (16): July 1, 2004
