Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2024; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items.
この政令は、令和六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions amending Article 41-2, paragraph (1): December 2, 2024;
第四十一条の二第一項の改正規定 令和六年十二月二日
The provisions deleting Article 217-2 and renumbering Article 217-3 as Article 217-2, and the provisions of Articles 4, 6, 7, 9 and 10 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of enforcement of the Act on Public Interest Trusts (Act No. 30 of 2024).
