This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1980; provided, however, that the provisions amending the Supplementary Provisions by deleting Article 17, paragraph (3) come into effect as of January 1, 1981.
この政令は、昭和五十五年四月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第十七条第三項を削る改正規定は、昭和五十六年一月一日から施行する。
