第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article and Articles 6 through 15 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of October 1, 1969.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次条及び附則第六条から第十五条までの規定は、昭和四十四年十月一日から施行する。
