第三条（協業組合の分配金に関する経過規定）
The provisions of Article 62, paragraph (1), item (ii) (Distributions by Cooperative Business Associations) of the New Order apply to the distributions listed in that item that are received on or after the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date").
新令第六十二条第一項第二号（協業組合の分配金）の規定は、この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に受ける同号に掲げる分配金について適用する。
