Supplementary Provisions, Article 14
第十四条
This Act comes into effect on July 15, 1948.
この法律は、昭和二十三年七月十五日から、これを施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 15
第十五条
Persons who, at the time this Act comes into effect, are actually running a hotel business having been granted a business license pursuant to the provisions of the former orders are each deemed to have been granted the licensing under the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1).
Supplementary Provisions, Article 16
第十六条
A person who newly began running a hotel business during the period from January 1, 1948 until the day on which this Act comes into effect, and who is actually running it at the time this Act comes into effect, may continue to run it for two months from the day on which this Act comes into effect, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1).
A person falling under the provisions of the preceding paragraph must notify the prefectural governor to that effect within two months after this Act comes into effect.
前項の規定に該当する者は、この法律施行後二月以内に、都道府県知事にその旨を届け出なければならない。
Persons who have given the notification referred to in the preceding paragraph are each deemed to have been granted the licensing referred to in Article 3, paragraph (1).
