Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第七条から第九条までの規定 公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日

この法律（附則第一条各号に掲げる規定については、当該各規定）の施行前にした行為及び附則第四条の規定により従前の例によることとされる場合における第十一条の規定の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
