A person who seeks to obtain registration as a registered conformity assessment body must pay a fee specified by Cabinet Order in consideration of the actual costs and apply for registration with the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
