Article 80Mutatis Mutandis Application

The provisions of Articles 54, 76 and 77 apply mutatis mutandis to payment of the job applicant benefits for day workers under Article 54 of the Act. In this case, the phrase "qualified recipient" in Article 54, paragraphs (1) and (2) is deemed to be replaced with "person who made the notification under Article 53, paragraph (1) of the Act", and the phrase "the provisions of this Subsection (excluding the provisions of Articles 19 and 20)" in paragraph (3) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the provisions of Articles 76, 78 and 79".
