The subsidy for designated testing agency expenses is to be granted, for those expenses, in an amount calculated in accordance with the standards determined by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, to a designated testing agency that the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare has conduct the affairs relating to trade skill test examinations based on the provisions of Article 47, paragraph (1) of the Vocational Abilities Development Promotion Act and for which it is necessary to provide subsidies for the expenses required for those affairs.
指定試験機関費補助金は、職業能力開発促進法第四十七条第一項の規定に基づいて厚生労働大臣が技能検定試験に関する業務を行わせる指定試験機関であつて、当該業務に要する経費について補助を行うことが必要なものに対して、当該経費について、厚生労働大臣が定める基準に従つて算定した額を交付するものとする。
