Article 126Programs Listed in Article 63, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Act
第百二十六条（法第六十三条第一項第二号に掲げる事業）
As the programs listed in Article 63, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act, the establishment and operation of public human resources development facilities (including lodging facilities for persons taking vocational training conducted by public human resources development facilities; the same applies in paragraph (1) of the following Article) and the Polytechnic University (including lodging facilities for persons taking instructor training or vocational training conducted by the Polytechnic University; the same applies in Article 128), and the conduct of the vocational training prescribed in the proviso to Article 15-7, paragraph (1) of the Vocational Abilities Development Promotion Act, are to be carried out.
法第六十三条第一項第二号に掲げる事業として、公共職業能力開発施設（公共職業能力開発施設の行う職業訓練を受ける者のための宿泊施設を含む。次条第一項において同じ。）及び職業能力開発総合大学校（職業能力開発総合大学校の行う指導員訓練又は職業訓練を受ける者のための宿泊施設を含む。第百二十八条において同じ。）の設置及び運営並びに職業能力開発促進法第十五条の七第一項ただし書に規定する職業訓練の実施を行うものとする。
