第百二十五条の二（法第六十三条第一項第一号及び第九号に掲げる事業）
As the programs listed in Article 63, paragraph (1), items (i) and (ix) of the Act, programs of providing employers, workers, etc. with information and materials on the development and improvement of the vocational abilities of workers, advice and guidance, and other technical assistance relating to the voluntary development and improvement of vocational abilities in line with workers' vocational life planning are to be carried out.
法第六十三条第一項第一号及び第九号に掲げる事業として、事業主、労働者等に対して、労働者の職業能力の開発及び向上に関する情報及び資料の提供並びに助言及び指導その他労働者の職業生活設計に即した自発的な職業能力の開発及び向上に係る技術的な援助を行う事業を行うものとする。
