Article 101-17Persons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61-4, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第百一条の十七（法第六十一条の四第一項の厚生労働省令で定めるもの）
The persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 61-4, paragraph (1) of the Act are the grandparents, siblings and grandchildren of the insured person.
法第六十一条の四第一項の厚生労働省令で定めるものは、被保険者の祖父母、兄弟姉妹及び孫とする。
