Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures for Distribution of Profits and Losses, etc. for Co-owned Ships
第八条（共有に係る船舶についての損益の分配等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the distribution of profits and losses prescribed in Article 697 of the Former Commercial Code for a co-owned ship that set sail before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern for that voyage only.
With regard to the accounts relating to the use of a ship prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern for that voyage only, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 699, paragraph (2) of the Amended Commercial Code.
前項に規定する船舶の利用に関する計算については、新商法第六百九十九条第二項の規定にかかわらず、その航海に限り、なお従前の例による。
