Supplementary Provisions, Article 1
第一条
The date on which this Act comes into effect is specified by Imperial Ordinance.
本法施行ノ期日ハ勅令ヲ以テ之ヲ定ム
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2
第二条
The provisions of this Act apply, from the date this Act comes into effect, also to matters that arose before it came into effect; provided, however, that this does not impair the effect that arose under the previous provisions.
本法ノ規定ハ本法施行ノ日ヨリ其施行前ニ生シタル事項ニモ亦之ヲ適用ス但従前ノ規定ニ依リテ生シタル効力ヲ妨ケス
