Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures for Seizure, etc. of Ships
第七条（船舶に対する差押え等に関する経過措置）
With regard to a case relating to a petition for seizure of a ship or for execution of a provisional seizure of a ship filed before the Effective Date, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 689 of the Amended Commercial Code, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に申し立てられた船舶の差押え又は仮差押えの執行の申立てに係る事件については、新商法第六百八十九条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
