The court may commission a government agency or public office, a foreign government agency or public office, or a school, chamber of commerce, exchange, or any other organization to conduct the necessary examinations.
裁判所は、必要な調査を官庁若しくは公署、外国の官庁若しくは公署又は学校、商工会議所、取引所その他の団体に嘱託することができる。
The court must present the results of examinations based on the commissioning of duties under the preceding paragraph to the parties.
裁判所は、当事者に対し、前項の嘱託に係る調査の結果の提示をしなければならない。
