A ruling to permit a sale ceases to be effective if the purchaser fails to pay the price. In this case, the purchaser may not claim return of the guarantee provided pursuant to the provisions of Article 66.
買受人が代金を納付しないときは、売却許可決定は、その効力を失う。この場合においては、買受人は、第六十六条の規定により提供した保証の返還を請求することができない。
In the cases referred to in the first sentence of the preceding paragraph, if there is a next highest offer, the enforcement court must rule to permit or not permit the sale in connection with that offer.
