Article 6Ensuring the Performance of Duties by Court Enforcement Officers or Civil Enforcement Official
第六条（執行官等の職務の執行の確保）
If a court enforcement officer faces resistance when performing their duties, then they may use force or request police assistance to eliminate the resistance; provided, however, that this does not apply to performance of duties based on the provisions of Article 64-2, paragraph (5) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 188).
執行官は、職務の執行に際し抵抗を受けるときは、その抵抗を排除するために、威力を用い、又は警察上の援助を求めることができる。ただし、第六十四条の二第五項（第百八十八条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定に基づく職務の執行については、この限りでない。
A person other than a court enforcement officer who performs duties related to civil enforcement at the order of an enforcement court may request assistance from a court enforcement officer if they face resistance when performing their duties.
執行官以外の者で執行裁判所の命令により民事執行に関する職務を行うものは、職務の執行に際し抵抗を受けるときは、執行官に対し、援助を求めることができる。
