For civil enforcement that is carried out by a court, an enforcement court is the court that the provisions of this Act requires to take enforcement measures, and for enforcement measures taken by a court enforcement officer, an enforcement court is the district court to which that officer belongs.
裁判所が行う民事執行に関してはこの法律の規定により執行処分を行うべき裁判所をもつて、執行官が行う執行処分に関してはその執行官の所属する地方裁判所をもつて執行裁判所とする。
