Enforcement of a security interest in immovable property (excluding any fixtures on land that are not registrable, and including what are deemed to be immovable property pursuant to the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (2); the same applies in this Chapter) (referred to as a "security interest in immovable property" in this Chapter) is carried out by either of the following methods that has been chosen by the obligee:
不動産（登記することができない土地の定着物を除き、第四十三条第二項の規定により不動産とみなされるものを含む。以下この章において同じ。）を目的とする担保権（以下この章において「不動産担保権」という。）の実行は、次に掲げる方法であつて債権者が選択したものにより行う。
the method of a secured immovable property auction (meaning enforcement of a security interest in immovable property through an auction; the same applies in this Chapter); or
担保不動産競売（競売による不動産担保権の実行をいう。以下この章において同じ。）の方法
the method of enforcement against earnings from secured immovable property (meaning enforcement of a security interest in immovable property by the method of allotting the earnings from immovable property to performance of the secured claim; the same applies in this Chapter).
担保不動産収益執行（不動産から生ずる収益を被担保債権の弁済に充てる方法による不動産担保権の実行をいう。以下この章において同じ。）の方法
