An interested person, in connection with the civil enforcement that the enforcement court carries out, may file a request with the court clerk to inspect or copy the case record, to be issued an authenticated copy, transcript, or extract of the record, or to be issued a certificate of matters relating to the case.
執行裁判所の行う民事執行について、利害関係を有する者は、裁判所書記官に対し、事件の記録の閲覧若しくは謄写、その正本、謄本若しくは抄本の交付又は事件に関する事項の証明書の交付を請求することができる。
