第三条
The provisions of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the application for certification and the payment pertaining to the benefit under Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act. In this case, the phrase "Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions" in the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions", and "Article 7, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions" with "Article 8, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions".
