Article 259Control over Proceedings for Mediation of Domestic Relations Conducted by a Mediation Committee
第二百五十九条（調停委員会が行う家事調停の手続の指揮）
Proceedings for mediation of domestic relations conducted by a mediation committee are subject to the control of a judge who composes the mediation committee.
