Article 197Revocation and Modification of Rulings of the Prohibition of the Division of Estates
第百九十七条（遺産の分割の禁止の審判の取消し及び変更）
A family court may, upon the petition of an heir, revoke a ruling of prohibition of the division of an estate or make a ruling to modify the ruling at any time if the circumstances have changed. An adjudication case based on this petition is deemed to be an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 2.
家庭裁判所は、事情の変更があるときは、相続人の申立てにより、いつでも、遺産の分割の禁止の審判を取り消し、又は変更する審判をすることができる。この申立てに係る審判事件は、別表第二に掲げる事項についての審判事件とみなす。
