When an adjudication case for the division of an estate and an adjudication case for a disposition to determine an heir's amount of contribution are pending before a court, the proceedings and rulings of these adjudication cases must be conducted and made in a consolidated manner. The same applies when adjudication cases filed by two or more heirs for a disposition to determine their respective amounts of contribution are pending before a court.
遺産の分割の審判事件及び寄与分を定める処分の審判事件が係属するときは、これらの審判の手続及び審判は、併合してしなければならない。数人からの寄与分を定める処分の審判事件が係属するときも、同様とする。
