Adjudication cases regarding guardianship of a minor (meaning the adjudication cases regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 1, rows (70) through (83)) are subject to the jurisdiction of the family court which has jurisdiction over the place of domicile of a minor ward (in an adjudication case for the appointment of a person who is to be a guardian of a minor after the dissolution of an adoptive relationship, a person who is to be a minor ward).
