The adjudication cases set forth in the following items are subject to the jurisdiction of the family court which has jurisdiction over the places specified respectively in these items:
次の各号に掲げる審判事件は、当該各号に定める地を管轄する家庭裁判所の管轄に属する。
an adjudication case for a disposition regarding cooperation and mutual assistance between a husband and wife (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 2, row (1); the same applies in item (i) of the following Article and Article 152-2, paragraph (1), item (i)):the place of domicile of the husband or wife;
夫婦間の協力扶助に関する処分の審判事件（別表第二の一の項の事項についての審判事件をいう。次条第一号及び第百五十二条の二第一項第一号において同じ。） 夫又は妻の住所地
an adjudication case for the change of an administrator of property, etc. under a prenuptial agreement (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 1, row (58)):the place of domicile of the husband or wife;
夫婦財産契約による財産の管理者の変更等の審判事件（別表第一の五十八の項の事項についての審判事件をいう。） 夫又は妻の住所地
an adjudication case for a disposition regarding the sharing of living expenses (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 2, row (2); the same applies in Article 152-2, paragraph (1), item (ii)):the place of domicile of the husband or wife;
婚姻費用の分担に関する処分の審判事件（別表第二の二の項の事項についての審判事件をいう。第百五十二条の二第一項第二号において同じ。） 夫又は妻の住所地
an adjudication case for a disposition regarding the custody of a child:the place of domicile of the child (in the case of a petition regarding two or more children who have the same father or mother, one of such children);
子の監護に関する処分の審判事件 子（父又は母を同じくする数人の子についての申立てに係るものにあっては、そのうちの一人）の住所地
an adjudication case for a disposition regarding the division of property:the place of domicile of the person who has been a husband or wife; and
財産の分与に関する処分の審判事件 夫又は妻であった者の住所地
an adjudication case for the designation of a successor to the ownership of equipment for rituals, etc. upon divorce, etc. (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 2, row (5)):the place of domicile of the owner.
離婚等の場合における祭具等の所有権の承継者の指定の審判事件（別表第二の五の項の事項についての審判事件をいう。） 所有者の住所地
