Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Restriction on Name Use
第六条（名称の使用制限に関する経過措置）
With respect to a person that is actually using the name "certified personal information protection organization" or a name confusingly similar to it at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions of Article 45 do not apply for six months after the provisions of that Article come into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に認定個人情報保護団体という名称又はこれに紛らわしい名称を用いている者については、第四十五条の規定は、同条の規定の施行後六月間は、適用しない。
