Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Strengthening the Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, etc.
第四条（中小企業等経営強化法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The specified subsidies, etc. prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (17) of the Act on Strengthening the Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, etc. prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 4 (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "Former SME Management Strengthening Act") are deemed to be the designated subsidies, etc. prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (16) of the New Activation Act.
第四条の規定による改正前の中小企業等経営強化法（以下この条において「旧中小強化法」という。）第二条第十七項に規定する特定補助金等は、新活性化法第二条第十六項に規定する指定補助金等とみなす。
With regard to the insurance relations pertaining to guarantee related to specified new technology business activities prescribed in Article 65, paragraph (1) of the Former SME Management Strengthening Act that have been established under Article 65 of the Former SME Management Strengthening Act, they are deemed to be insurance relations pertaining to guarantee related to specified new technology business activities prescribed in Article 34-13, paragraph (1) of the New Activation Act that have been established by application of Article 34-13 of the New Activation Act.
旧中小強化法第六十五条の規定を受けて成立している同条第一項に規定する特定新技術事業活動関連保証に係る保険関係については、新活性化法第三十四条の十三の規定の適用を受けて成立している同条第一項に規定する特定新技術事業活動関連保証に係る保険関係とみなす。
With regard to the holding of shares underwritten by a Small and Medium Business Investment and Consultation Company pursuant to Article 66, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Former SME Management Strengthening Act, and the holding of shares, share options (including shares issued or transferred upon their exercise) or bonds with share options, etc. (meaning bonds with share options, etc. prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Investment Business Corporation Act (Act No. 101 of 1963); the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) (including shares issued or transferred upon the exercise of share options attached to bonds with share options, etc.) underwritten by a Small and Medium Business Investment and Consultation Company pursuant to Article 66, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Former SME Management Strengthening Act, they are deemed to be held pursuant to Article 34-14, paragraph (1), item (i) and item (ii) of the New Activation Act, respectively.
旧中小強化法第六十六条第一項第一号の規定により中小企業投資育成株式会社が引き受けた株式の保有及び同項第二号の規定により中小企業投資育成株式会社が引き受けた株式、新株予約権（その行使により発行され、又は移転された株式を含む。）又は新株予約権付社債等（中小企業投資育成株式会社法（昭和三十八年法律第百一号）第五条第一項第二号に規定する新株予約権付社債等をいう。以下この項において同じ。）（新株予約権付社債等に付された新株予約権の行使により発行され、又は移転された株式を含む。）の保有については、それぞれ新活性化法第三十四条の十四第一項第一号及び第二号の規定により保有しているものとみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Delegation to Cabinet Order
第六条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in Article 2 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions, the transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第二条から前条までに規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
