第二十八条（中心市街地の活性化に関する法律等の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The Former Organization that is deemed, pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, to have received designation under Article 16, paragraph (1) of the New Food Distribution Act is to carry out, in addition to the business listed in the items of Article 17 of the New Food Distribution Act and the former debt guarantee business, etc., the business listed in the provisions specified in each of the following items in connection with a debt guarantee contract concluded by the Former Organization before the Effective Date pursuant to the provisions listed in that item, and business incidental thereto (hereinafter referred to in this Article as "former special debt guarantee business, etc."). In this case, for the application of the New Food Distribution Act, the former special debt guarantee business, etc. is deemed to be the business listed in Article 17, item (i) of the New Food Distribution Act and business incidental thereto.
附則第七条第一項の規定により新食品等流通法第十六条第一項の規定による指定を受けたものとみなされた旧機構は、新食品等流通法第十七条各号に掲げる業務及び旧債務保証業務等のほか、次の各号に掲げる規定により施行日前に旧機構が締結した債務保証契約に係る当該各号に定める規定に掲げる業務及びこれに附帯する業務（以下この条において「旧特例債務保証業務等」という。）を行うものとする。この場合において、旧特例債務保証業務等は、新食品等流通法の適用については、新食品等流通法第十七条第一号に掲げる業務及びこれに附帯する業務とみなす。
