Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the respective dates specified in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して一年六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第九条（検討等）
In the case where three years have passed after this Act comes into effect, the Government is to review the status of enforcement of the provisions as amended by this Act and, if it finds it necessary, is to take the necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を経過した場合において、この法律による改正後の規定の施行の状況について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
