If a plaintiff fails to provide security within the time frame during which it is required to be provided, the court may enter a judgment denying the action, without hearing oral arguments; provided, however, that this does not apply if the plaintiff provides security before that a judgment is entered.
原告が担保を立てるべき期間内にこれを立てないときは、裁判所は、口頭弁論を経ないで、判決で、訴えを却下することができる。ただし、判決前に担保を立てたときは、この限りでない。
